DIY: don't throw out that box!

I decided to try it out myself, using just a cardboard box.
So, this is what I created! :)

Magazine Box Tutorial
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
cardboard box
mod podge
scrapbook paper
ribbon
flower

Cut paper to size.

Apply your good ol' Mod Podge!

My paper wasn't quite big enough...

no worries, just add some ribbon to the sides!

I decided I wanted a little stain on my paper to give it some personality!

I used extra scrap paper to make a handle for my box.
Staple the handles on.
Add a flower to cover the staples.

That's it!

Cost: $3.00

  6. So cute! I repurpose old boxes too! I cut them down to make junk drawer sorters for pens, scissors, etc. It has done wonders for my jungle of a junk drawer. I havent decorated them since they hide in a drawer but yours turned out so cute maybe I will do it anyway! :)
