Batter Up!

Made By Me Monday!
Baseball season is here!! I am so excited! My 9 year old is going to be in his second year playing minors. His games are actually FUN to watch now that he is older. It feels like I'm watching a real baseball game and they know what they are doing! My 5 year old is playing his first year of T-Ball!! Not only does he NOT know what he is doing out there on the field, but he doesn't even really care! :) He and his friends stand in the outfield twirling in circles and "catching" butterflies in their baseball mitts. I LOVE it!! So, with baseball season, comes baseball TREATS!
_____________________________________
I found these baseballs in the Easter department at Walmart, 12 for $1.97. They are perfect for baseball season too!!
I filled them with sour candy.
Popped some popcorn, and the snack bag is done!
Now, they have to eat all of their popcorn before they can get to the surprise! :)
I found these Easter baskets at Dollar Tree, perfect to hold the snack bags!
Add some ribbon to a personalized water bottle for each player!
I love 'em!!
TOTAL TIME SPENT: 10 minutes to make 20
TOTAL MONEY SPENT: roughly $1.50 each including the water bottle
 Happy Monday!!

HOLY COW! I was never assigned to bring the snack to Tball for some reason. weird. But if we ever do Tball again (which I doubt. Sam was the same as Logan about it.. it was fun, but a really long drive to the park.) I'll definitely keep this in mind. You're brilliant! I never would have thought of doing all this fun stuff!

I love this!!! It would also make an awesome Father's Day gift - just add a few tickets to a game!

Marni, that is just too cute!!! I was a baseball mom to two boys and now a baseball grandma. Wow, I'll be the best grandma ever if I show up to Jace's t-ball games with these!
