Lyndee's blog is super cute! She's a wife, been married for 12 1/2 years and her husband has been a student for most of that. She's a MOM, has 2 boys and 1 girl whom she loves dearly but they aren't terribly interested in crafting, but they do support her addiction. She loves crafting on a budget and she doesn't turn down anything FREE that someone is getting rid of...thus, the "hoarder" aspect! She loves to read, sew clothes for her daughter, and LOVES trying new simple recipes for her family. Her favorite TV show is Amazing Race.
When I asked Lyndee WHY she blogs,
this is what she had to say:
"Why I blog? I started this blog as a way to motivate myself to use up the craft stash that I had been accumulating over the years. My goal was to use what I had on hand and not buy anymore supplies. I've done TONS of projects but there's still so much more to do. My blog follows me on that journey. None of my projects require major skill and most take very little time. And it's been great to finally use of some of those things that I just wasn't able to get rid of cause "I might use it someday." I like to keep it real, so I'm not afraid to share my flaws. I'm horrible, I don't prep my pictures. I usually take them as I'm doing the project, regardless of the mess in the background. The point is to complete projects...though, one day one of my projects will be to create a great background for those pictures. One day."

When asked WHAT is her dream,
she said:
"I dream of making my daughter's wardrobe and have the cutest clothes in the neighborhood, but my skills are a bit weak at best. I'm hoping that by forcing myself to try out new projects, my daughters closet will one day be filled with my creations (I love my boys, don't get me wrong. They just have their own style and aren't interested in "homemade"). "
Lyndee, I have 2 boys also and mine aren't interested in "homemade" either! It must be a BOY THING!! :)

This is a super cute idea! She hot glued the letters on the scrabble board to spell out their FAMILY RULES! Too cute! Laugh, Love, Together, Supportive, Talk, Play... I love it!!
